Here’s a timeline of Takoma Junction since 1992 with linked documents.

The proposed Takoma Junction development plan was rejected by the Planning Board in 2021.

1) The petition to protect the Co-op and opposing this development plan HERE is now closed. Thank you to over 1500 people for signing it.

2) The developer (NDC) still has a 99-year lease on the City’s lot.
